Los Angeles Dodgers rookie Roki Sasaki threw three scoreless innings in his highly anticipated spring training debut Tuesday against the Cincinnati Reds. The 23-year-old Japanese right-hander struck out five while allowing two hits and a walk in a 46-pitch outing at Camelback Ranch in Arizona. The Dodgers rallied to win the game 4-2. Sasaki replaced countryman Yoshinobu Yamamoto on the mound to start the fifth inning.
