Tomoyuki Sugano worked two scoreless innings Wednesday in an impressive first spring training start for the Baltimore Orioles. The 35-year-old Japanese right-hander allowed two hits and one walk during a 28-pitch outing against the Pittsburgh Pirates, who went on to win 7-3.
