Seiya Suzuki reached a minor plateau among Japanese hitters in Major League Baseball with a tie-breaking solo home run only for his Chicago Cubs to blow the lead in a 3-2 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday. Suzuki’s homer broke a 1-1 third-inning tie at Chicago’s Wrigley Field. It was his 14th home run of the season and 48th as a Cub.
