The draft kicks off tonight at 7 p.m. EDT on MLB Network with the first two rounds from Los Angeles. With that in mind, I am bringing you my second and final mock draft of the year. There are still a lot of unknowns with this year\u2019s draft and even the first overall pick is not set in stone. The top of the class has a lot of high upside talent in the prep and college ranks. As always, it will be difficult to figure out which teams will go underslot or overslot in the first round.
