Now, it&#8217;s potentially one for the courts. According to ESPN, 18-year-old Max Matus filed a suit Thursday in Florida&#8217;s 11th Judicial Circuit Court looking to prevent bidding to open on the record-breaking ball, which was set to begin on Friday.
